We're a new organization based in Pierre, South Dakota, dedicated to fostering community through charitable, educational, scientific, literary, and public safety initiatives. The Central South Dakota Recreation Committee (CSDRC) was formed to bring people together around a common vision - creating spaces, programs, and partnerships that support healthy lifestyles, encourage youth development, and ensure seniors remain active and connected. By investing in recreation today, we are building a strong, safer, and more vibrant Central South Dakota for years to come.
Our Mission
The Central SD Recreation Committee is an organization exclusively formed for charitable, educational, scientific, literary, public safety, and fostering national or international amateur sports competition. We are also committed to preventing cruelty to children. Our mission in Pierre, South Dakota, is to provide enriching experiences and opportunities that strengthen our community and promote healthy, active lifestyles.
